On that call we talk through the problem, the systems you already use, and your deadline. If the project is a fit, we follow up with a written estimate covering scope, timeline and engagement model. Nothing is billed before you agree to it in writing.

Project timelines vary based on scope and complexity. Simple projects can be completed in 4-6 weeks, while enterprise solutions may take 3-6 months. The biggest drivers are the number of integrations with existing systems, how much data has to be migrated, how many user roles need separate workflows, and how quickly decisions and content come back from your side. We'll provide a detailed timeline during our initial consultation, and our delivery process explains what happens in each phase.

It depends on scope, but these are the figures we publish. For e-commerce work: a fixed-scope Shopify launch is $4.8K-$9.8K; AI catalog automation starts from about $3K base plus volume; a conversion rebuild of a live store is $12K-$35K; complex Shopify Plus, B2B, migration and integration builds start at $35K. Ongoing store care plans are $750-$1,500/mo, continuous growth work is $1.8K-$4.5K/mo, and an embedded team is $4.5K-$12K/mo.

Custom software and AI projects are quoted individually. The budget bands on our project forms run from $5,000-$15,000 up to $250,000+; where a project lands depends mainly on integrations, user roles, data migration and compliance requirements. We work fixed-price when the scope is well defined, time-and-materials when it is still evolving, or as a dedicated team. See engagement models for how each one works.

Yes. Support terms are agreed per engagement and written into the contract: what is covered (typically bug fixes, security and dependency updates, performance checks and small enhancements), how issues are reported, and expected response times. Round-the-clock cover is not included by default; if you need out-of-hours support, raise it during scoping so it can be priced and staffed explicitly. For online stores, care plans start at $750/mo.

Yes. We regularly work inside a client's repository, ticket tracker and review process, either as a dedicated team reporting to your technical lead or by taking ownership of a defined component such as an integration, an AI feature or a cloud migration. Code stays in your accounts, and we agree on overlapping working hours up front.
